Each of those companies has a revenue value(basically some dollar amount). After each city group in my list I need to display a sum of the revenue generated by the companies in that particulare city. Ie Calgary Company A $10.000 Calgary CompanyB $ 5.000 SubTotal Calgary $15.000 ======================== Toronto CompanyC $20.000 Toronto CompanyD $10.000 SubTotal Toronto $30.000 ======================== Total $45.000 By: Teodor Danciu - teodord RE: Conditional Sums 2002-07-20 03:40 Hi, And what seems to be the problem with this? Have you looked at the "jasper" sample provided? There we have the "Total Freight" calculated for each country. You should do the same for your "revenue" field grouping your records by city.
