Hello,

To address this issue, you will need to apply for a font extension. With font extension, you can check the option 'Embed this font in PDF document' to ensure the font will be included in the generated PDF document and the content will be displayed properly. Refer to the Wiki article to know about font extensions and how to use them with report exports:

https://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/custom-font-font-extension

Please try to download the Arabic font extension Then, follow the complete Wiki article shared. Please create a font extension with this Arabic font in Studio, make sure to check the 'Embed this font in PDF document' checkbox when creating this font extension in Studio, export this font extension as a JAR described in the article, and add this JAR to your application classpath (<jasperserver-pro>/WEB-INF/lib). After this, republish the report to the server, restart the Tomcat application server for the changes to reflect and to make the new font extension JAR available to the JasperReports Server, reproduce the issue, and see if you are now able to get the Arabic font with PDF export of the report.

Please find the just below attached same font.zip file then unzip it then you need to add the Arabic jar file into the  (<jasperserver-pro>/WEB-INF/lib), restart the server, and try to export the report in PDF format from JasperReports Server.

I hope this will help you.

Thanks!
