Report download link to be sent on email

Hi there,

I'm pretty new in Jaspersoft and I'm using the community version.  I have a request to create a download link of the report and be sent out as an email.  Once the client click on that link, it will ask his username/apssword, and once he clicks the report, it will downlaod it into excel file, so basically it will not display the report.  So the parameters for that report is being inputted already.  What's the best and secure solutions I can try to achieve this?

Hello,

You can do all this by scheduling the report. One the report is scheduled, you can have it exported to the repository and in the "Notifications" tab, you can include the report itself directly or a link to the repository with that report.
