franky4
Is it possible to run a batch-script (Windows *.bat or *.cmd) from within Jaspersoft Studio? Is it furthermore possible to run such a script automatically / regularly?I would like to inherit svn properties (svn:keywords) rekursive for all subfolders, but it is only possibly to set it manually rekursive. If I add a new file, it has no svn properties until I set it manually rekursive again.Another applikation would be to run a copy script from within Jaspersoft Studio to copy final reports into the final destination. reportdev
Yes, you can execute batch files from the Jasper studio Project.I have similar setup through which I push all my reports from Jasper Studio to Server using maven.Running scripts at regular intervals would require you to write a batch script and then you could use task scheduler (if you are using windows, task scheduler allows you to automate some stuff) on top of the batch file to run at a specific time of the day
hozawa
Jaspersoft Studio is based on eclipse. I'm using maven and git along with it.There's even an eclipse plugin to add Jaspersoft Studio features to existing eclipse.https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/jaspersoft-studio
franky4
@reportdev Thanks, but in Jaspersoft Studio 6.6.0 under Windows I cannot start a batch file. It is opened with an editor, not executed.
