lori.stopka
I seem to recall that when I opened a file from the repostory it displayed the full file name with file extension in the tab. Then when I did a "Save As" that file extension was retained. Now it appears when opening a file of type JRXML the file extension is not in the tab and subsequent saves of the file to my local PC save the file without a file extension. This causes problems when attempting to re-open the file as it opens in XML format which is not what I want. I now have to type the .jrxml extension when saving the file. If I can't get the file name plus extension in the save as dialog then it would be great if I could browse the directory and pick the .jrxml file I want to overlay with this new versions. Is this a workspace setting that I can modify?
hozawa
Jaspersoft Studio is based on eclipse. Have you checked "Windows" -> "Preferences" -> "General" -> "Content Types"?There should be "JasperREports JRXML FIle" entry under "Text"
