neumanjay Posted April 11, 2018 Share Posted April 11, 2018 I have an applicattion build in Angular.js that embeds reports using visualize.js. Everything works fine on every browser except Safaari. On the Safari browser, we receive the following error on pages with the visualize.js call."Report draw failed: authentication.error : Authentication error" We have tried the fixes listed in a couple old posts on the forum and they do not work. This is an EXTREMELY URGENT issue for us as our application is for the Education space where so many people use Macs also it is used on a tablet and so many people use iPads. We have tested downloading Chrome on the Mac and it works fine. So the issue is an issue with Safari not with Macs in general. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
