We have CA PPM 14.3 Ondemand application , I have scheduled the Jasper reports "Immedately" with providing all the parameters and When I go back and check the Schedule instance still exsists.
Since the scheduled instance is Immediate we should ge the extract in 20-30 mins , but its been 1 day and the instance still exsists and State= NORMAL.
Is this Issue with the Jasper server in our Environment?
You are looking at the wrong end. On jasperserver, go to View >> Messages and look for the error message related to your job schedule. Share that message so i can get a better idea as to what really stopped the report from generating.

You should retry scheduling and try get the error in the messages issue or get the error trace from Jasperserver logs so we can understand the issue.
