    Jasper report has been scheduled, it says error "unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP". Another exception says Error at SQL Error, If its error at SQL then why it shows "unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP". Please advice.

    Hi Everyone !! I have a report when trying to schedule the report under the Parameters Tab none of the parameters are populating. what could be the reason. Here is the screenshot. Its just showing the saved parameters and If i select any thing , nothing happens. I have rights to run that report.

    If I make one of the role as "Read+Write" among 5 roles on folder level then the user is able to see the "Save" button enable, but we are not supposed to give "Read+Write" rights. Please advice.

    Hi , 5 Roles have been given to user. On a Folder(A) level under permissions 3 fo the roles have "Read only" rights and 2 roles having "No Access" rights. As expected the reports which are under Folder "A" when run should show the Save button, but the user is not able to click on "save" its blur(not clickable). Please advice. Thanks.

    Hi All, When a user is trying to run a report the except the below Fiscal Year Parameter, rest all are populating with values. When I tried the option "Login as User" then I can see the below parameter is populated with values. User has tried clearing the cache and used IE 1 and Chrome but still the value is not populated. What could be the Issue?

    Hi All, When I try to delete a report extract it is showing below message. "Resource {0} does not exist."

    Hi Everyone, We have CA PPM 14.3 Ondemand application , I have scheduled the Jasper reports "Immedately" with providing all the parameters and When I go back and check the Schedule instance still exsists. Since the scheduled instance is Immediate we should ge the extract in 20-30 mins , but its been 1 day and the instance still exsists and State= NORMAL. Is this Issue with the Jasper server in our Environment? Please advice. Thanks, Santosh.

    Hi Elizam,- If I put 10 in the Dates in the Month will then that will be a Monthly scheduled report which runs on 10th of every month right? Thanks for your response.

    Hi All, Can we run the Jasper Report on monthly basics where it should run on a scpecifc day of a month at a specific time. I have given a try on monthly ,but want to make sure if this works correctly. Here is the screenshot of the provided parameters .

    Hi All, I have scheduled report and set the destination folder in the Output options , I have got Email stating Success message, but when i go that folder I dont see any Extract or report output . Is there any reason like if the report output has too much data so that the extract is not visible or not generated in the specified folder. Thanks.

    Hello All, We usually face Report Proxy Error while running the Jasper reports. Why Do we face these issue? Could you please provide the resaons why this occurs and How could we eliminate this?

    Hello, That link decribes permission on Folder perspective, I want to know with respect to Resource, I mean which right allows that Logged in user allows to save report Parameter. Thanks.

    Hi All, Previously my report used to run for the provided inputs. Now suddenly it is taking much time for the same inputs and shows Error filling report after spinning for long time showing Please wait. I have made small Query chages and tested it before publishing. Even my Backup report which i copy pasted in another folder is also showing error filling report. This Jasper is frustrating us very much Could you please help me out. Regards, Santosh

    Hi Everyone, How to print Page numbers like "Page 1 of 10" by putting the Expression in one Test Field. Usually we do this by using 2 test fields where One Text field has Evaluation time as "Now" other has "Report". Is it possible to put in one Text field. Regards, Santosh.

    Hello All, I got connected to the SQL Server. In studio under the Repository Window Create a new Data Adaptor and select the below JDBC Driver as :- com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver JDBC URL:- jdbc:sqlserver://localhost:<Port_Number>;databaseName=<Username> Username :- Password :- Here local host would be like 172.xx.x.xx , portnumber = 4 digit number I didn't installed any other JAR files , just i have put databaseName=<username>, It got connected.     Hello All, There is a Limitation in the SQL In Clause that we can select or pass only 1000 values. I was using Multiselect Parameter whose syntax will be $X{IN, <table name> ,< Parameter name>} here the IN clause can hold upto 1000 values in it and report throws SQL error Messsage if you selet more than 1000.     Hello All, In my report there are 7167 Projects If all are selected and run it my report is showing "Unable to acquire conversation lock after 90 seconds" After 5-10 Seconds It is showing "SQL Query Error". If I de-select all the 7167 Projects and if i select Other Parameters then my report is working. I have scheduled my report for the same parameters and I got a Text attachement to mail where i found that "maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000". Does it mean it takes only 1000 Projects in that Filter? Could you please help me out from this Issue. Regards, Santosh.

    Hello All, When we run the Out of the Box reports and we take the Excel or any extracts then we will get CSK_PRJ_<report_name>. How to get the name of the Extract like "Project Status Detail" ? To get do we need to chage the Main report name as "Project Status Detail" OR while publishing the report for the First time we can give the Name with Spaces but it's report ID will be automatically take with Underscores ( _ ) then ID would be like Project_Status_detail ,etc., Could you please help me out how to get Extract name like "Project Status Detail".
