giovannino Posted July 6, 2017 Share Posted July 6, 2017 Hello all,I've downloaded the jasperreports-server-cp-6.4.0 and tried to install it almost 5 times without success. I got a 64 bit notebook with W10 installed.I run the installer exe everytime as administrator and at the end of installation process I got always the same error message.I'm really stucked and frustated . hozawa Posted July 7, 2017 Share Posted July 7, 2017 The problem is with the PostgreSQL installer. Try installing Postgresql or better yet MySQL before installing JasperReports Server and select the database during installation instead of use JasperReports Server installer to install the database.This sometimes happens with Postgresql but I haven't experienced this with MySQL nor MariaDB. giovannino Posted July 7, 2017 Author Share Posted July 7, 2017 HI ,thanks for reply,I got my SQL under WAMP and I prefer it for sure than install also Postgress.It seems to me that installation don't ask for database in general but only for Postgress...
