mbannout Posted June 1, 2017 Share Posted June 1, 2017 Hi, we are getting an occasional error when we export a report from jasperserver. the report does not contain anything special, no subreports, crosstabs, tables nor charts. It is 9 pages long with around 180 records only.the error message we are getting is shown in the capture below. using jasperserver 6.3 VM from bitnami stacks running on ubuntu 14.04any help or reply is highly appreciated. The log is by default in the following directory./webapps/jasperserver/WEB-INF/logs Also, is this problem only occurring for xlsx export?
