Problems with iReport 5.6

Hello i have a problem with Step 2 in iReport 5.6, when i do clic in that button, open a empty panel.
why? what i do for work?

iReports is not longer being developed nor supported. Suggest that you switch to Jaspersoft Studio. This is the new report designer tool from Jaspersoft.

if i have a report designed from iReport. Can i import this report to Jaspersoft Studio?
