Built Reports In Jasper Studio Locally Now How Do I Export As Zip To Migrate To Server?

I used the Jasper Studio tool to design (on Mac) some reports with a custom style.

I went to move the report I designed local to a beta server, but there is nothing that tells how to do this. All the documentation points to is using some command line but there is nothing for mac. 

I need to move the items I designed to the reports server on another environment.
