I have created jar file using Eclipse but not working in ireport. no error display and not display preview.
I did Manualy created Jar file using Cmd Prompt but that file also not support in ireport.
Could You any one tell how is source code of the class file in jar.

If you're using Eclipse,l recommend that you use Jaspersoft Studio instead of iReport because Jaspersoft Studio is based on Eclipse. Furthermore, iReport is no longer being developed nor supported. The last iReport version supported is JasperReports 5.6.0 but this version is due to be retired this Nov. 30th.
If you're using Jaspersoft Studio, you can just include a jar file to a build path by dragging the jar file to the project, right-clicking it -> "Build Path" -> "Add to Build Path".
