Sub-report is returning only one row in JasperSoft but the query returns multiple rows in the database. The values passed into the sub-report parameters are lists of strings from the main report. On the main report, multiple rows are returned as expected. The sub-report is the Summary section of the main report. The desired results are in a table element in the subreport.

Hi rpachipu, The parameter is passing the appropriate value. I have tried hardcoding the value but that didn't work either.

Has anyone experienced this situation where a report returns "No Data" when a parameter is passed into it? However, when the report is removed, the report returns data ( too much data) In my case, I have a parameter to prompt for a sample id, then return the defined fields for that sample id.
