  1. Because that isn't really a normal situation in SQL. The JASPER SQL interface should support this really. Also, it would be really nice if you gave us an example of how that would work inline.
  2. Hi Sanda, Disregard, I was able to figure it out on my own. All items in the layout tend to affect the grid merging in the excel export, even the header. So watching what elements boundries everywhere is sort of a thing. Finicky tool!
  3. Sanda, Please explain your answer a little better. I cannot see the attachment. I'm also running into the same problem. I attempted the net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.auto.filter and this did not work.
  4. INNER JOIN doesn't appear to work, See below.
  5. Im getting same situation. The Inner Join doesn't appear to work correctly. It joins but joins everything on everything.
  6. Agreed with Jenny here. It's pretty rediculous that you cannot control whether or not a control is mandatory in studio. This is pretty baseline functionality.
  7. In response to hozawa, yes you can drag the parameters around but it does not have any affect on the run time. I've found you have to delete and re-create them. Then publish to the server.
  8. Yeah this situation appears to be clearly lacking. Ive seen a few cases where people are clearly stating to make this work you utilize the daterange mechanism in jasper but it DOES NOT WORK. When I attempt to enter MONTH-1 in the parameter box I get an error. It's very surprising that such a rudementary feature that appears in just about every other reporting platform just simply doesnt work in this.
  9. I have a report that utilizes multiple tables within subreports. The Column resizing/sorting/hide feature is broken for this case.
  10. I'm having the same problem with my report. It seems to happen when I have multiple tables in one report. Then sorting/column resizing etc. is broken. No actual answer on this for 11 years!?
