How to add page number of subreports across master report.?

I have a requirment where I need to display sub report current page number and the total page number accross main report,when sub report repeat then current page number will display as 1 and total page numbers . I have a master report and 1 subreport. I am not able to identify how to display the correct page number across the master and subreports. It would be great if u could help me. Thanks -
Does anyone knows if it is possible to use a Cross Tab within a List in ireport 4.7.1 ? I am a newcomer to jasper, i want to iterate according to category wise and to display dynamic particulars as well as years... and how to pass two parameters in it...?

Hello frds, Iam new @jasper Report.....i have one requirement ,,,iam enable to get any blog for this so plz help meeeeeee My requirment is .......i want to do SubTotal for more than 2 rows .So iam unable to get this .Soooo plz help and send step how to do this...
