If I understand well the usecase you will need to : Create a User Attribute with the username value. To automatize the process you can create an attribute processor at authentication time. There is an explanation on how to create a folder processor there : http://community.jaspersoft.com/wiki/example-custom-user-folder-processor-jasperreports-server which will help youDefine your Datasource to get this attribute using such an expression : {attribute('username','User')}
