  1. I want reports in Server to load fast, i tried to used different classes in Beans. Sucha as SwapFile,Gzip, but it dint helped much. So can anybody suggest some other ways in brief to do that ? Thanks in Advance. Regards, Ansul Gupta
  2. Yes, you can name a report based on field name, parameter etc.. Example: for Excel 2003 You can set the property net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.sheet.name in Property Expression on Elements like (Line,Satic Label). In Property Expression: Name: net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.sheet.name Value: $P{Paramater_name} Regards, Ansul Gupta
  3. repo: Repository. So when you run in server .. the main report will access sub report from server's repository. So try to remove repo from sub-report Expression as shown below. "subreport.jrxml" or give exact physical disk location of subreport.jrxml And run from Application(ireport). Regards, Ansul Gupta
  4. While you use SwapFileVirtualizerFactory Try commenting directory property as shown below. <bean id="fileVirtualizerFactory" class="com.jaspersoft.jasperserver.api.engine.common.service.impl.SwapFileVirtualizerFactory"> <property name="maxSize" value="800"/> <!--<property name="directory" value="${java.io.tmpdir}"/>--> </bean> Hope it may help you. Regards, Ansul Gupta
  5. Add this net.sf.jasperreports.export.xls.one.page.per.sheet and its value:true to the report's properties. Add Group Band and give Group Expression in Group Header or in Group Footer. Add a Page Brake in Page footer or Group footer or after the crosstab data or data. Check on ignore pagination. Result: You will find the Excel report with a sheet per group.
