[oracle connection for JasperServer]

I can't find ojdbc.jar in the pc. is it ok to download it from www.oracle.com?

Hi all,

 

I am new to JasperServer. I installed JasperServer 3.5 for windows and iReport 3.6.

As far as I have read, the default DB is mySQL. I would like to know if the JasperServer can connect to oracle 10g or not.

Questions:

1) If so, does anybody have a procedures or documents to show how to make a connection to oracle 10g for jasperserver.

2) Any other components or softwares or patches I should download in order to make a connection to oracle successfully.

3) How can I make a simple report for testing after connection

Could you all help me for above queries?
