Cash Bounty for Custom Template for Wizard

Hi--

 

I need to customize a wizard to help me with a project. My time is quite limited on this project and so I thought I would offer $40 via paypal, check or cash to the first person who can produce one.

 

Requirements:

 

* Begin with the landscape templates.

* Include totals for all numerical fields by creating SUM variables.

* Include fields in the group band to display the corresponding SUM variables.

* Make sure they line up, of course.

 

Please contact me if you're willing to consider this. I'm hoping that someone with some practice in this area will be able to knock it out in a few minutes.
