overlapped static texts?????????

1) In case of overlapped static texts, one of the static text is made as transperant.Then the non-transparent field is seen in the pdf ,but is not seen in the html output.How do i get overlapped static texts get working even in the html output?

 

2) i have placed a rectangle and given a backgroud colour to it and made it as transparent, upon the rectangle i have placed some static texts and textfields.on executing i can see the rectangle with the background colour and the statictexts and textfields on it in PDF, but in html i cannot see the rectangle nor the colour, all i can see is the static texts and the textfields only. is there a solution for this problem?

solution needed urgently...............

The same way you overlap text in html when you are creating a page by hand. That is, you don't. This isn't a feature supported by html, let alone JasperReports.
