2005 IR Help
By: Gregory A. Swarthout - gswarthout Page numbers missing 2004-07-12 12:45 I have two unique reports and the requirement to show both in a single PDF. I've created a master report containing the first unique report in the title section and the second unique report in the summary section. This correctly displays all of the first report followed by all of the second report. However, the page number display (as defined in the master report's pageFooter) doesn't always show. In my test, the first report comprised 4 pages and the second report comprised 1 page. Only at the bottom of the fourth page (the last page of the first report) was the text "Page 4 of 5" printed. All of the other pages are blank for the pageFooter. Is there a way around this using my current set-up, or a different way of accomplishing the same goal? By: Gregory A. Swarthout - gswarthout RE: Page numbers missing 2004-07-12 13:46 Alternately, if I decide that I want each unique report to display its own page number/page count in its pageFooter, things work find for only the first subreport. It shows "Page 1 of 4" through "Page 4 of 4". However, the second subreport's only page displays "Page 2 of 2". Teodor? The pagebreaks will be done by the subreports. Put each subreport into a dummygroupheader (with empty groupexpression) for not overlapping each other. So I've done and it works great. hth C-Box By: Gregory A. Swarthout - gswarthout RE: Page numbers missing 2004-07-13 09:05 Thank you, C-Box! Just what I wanted!
