Solution Badr Draifi Posted March 15 Solution Share Posted March 15 Looks like the issue is that you might be using an unsupported JVM version. Please make sure your JVM is compatible here. If you're already purchased Jaspersoft, please open a support case here, a dedicated support engineer will assist you installing & deploying JRS. Otherwise, I would recommend that you use the the zip installer (war file), which gives you more flexibility on choosing your own App Server, DB Server, configure your JVM...
