  1. Badr Draifi's post in error in commercial version of Jasper Report Server was marked as the answer
Looks like the issue is that you might be using an unsupported JVM version. Please make sure your JVM is compatible here.

If you're already purchased Jaspersoft, please open a support case here, a dedicated support engineer will assist you installing & deploying JRS.

Otherwise, I would recommend that you use the the zip installer (war file), which gives you more flexibility on choosing your own App Server, DB Server, configure your JVM... You can follow the steps for War file installer here.
  2. Badr Draifi's post in Which version of JasperSoft Studio is best for JasperReports Library is 6.20.1. was marked as the answer
Hi Ssoni35, I would recommend that you use the latest versions of both our library and Jaspersoft Studio/Server, upgrading to the latest version shouldn't be a big effort as we do have backward compatibility.

With that being said, if you're set on using a specific version of the Library, then you can use any Jaspersoft Studio version (preferably the latest so you can get to use the latest features), normally your latest Studio version should work with your old JR Library see here, but to be safer you can set your Studio to be compatible with your specific JR Library version here.

Hi Venkatesh, you'll need to leverage Parameters to achieve your requirements.

See this post that I believe has a solution to what you're looking for.
  4. Badr Draifi's post in Export Ad Hoc View was marked as the answer
    Hi Geruiz,
We are not supporting Ad Hoc View export in Visualize.js at the moment. You can file an Enhancement request here.

A possible workaround for a moment:
Add Ad Hoc View to the dashboard as a dashlet. Enable export button for the dashlet. Embed dashboard using visualize.js Use export button of the dashlet to export Ad Hoc View into any supported format from the list
