Jaspersoft Studio Login connection failed

When installing the program and starting it for the first time, it asks me to authenticate as a Jaspersoft Community user, but my proxy seems to be blocking the login and I am not able to start the program so that it uses the system proxy. I have tried putting variables in the Jaspersoft Studio.ini with the proxy configuration but nothing works.
The error is....

Hello,

Seems the issue is due to the proxy, you can try by increasing the timeout period of the proxy, also you may need to check with the network admin team about this issue.

How can I set proxy for the JasperStudio if I cant start it?
