Why am I getting this error on startup? (Jaspersoft Studio)

I was using Jaspersoft Studio for report generation.  Recently, when I try to start the software it only gives me this error.

I've attached this log file, for reference.  Any idea how I'd fix this?  I've tried a fresh install of the software, but that changed nothing.

I've tried deleting the .snap file from C:UsersDJLEONJaspersoftWorkspace.metadata.pluginsorg.eclipse.core.resources.  I still get the same error when trying to open Jaspersoft.
