using a subreport via jasperserver

I want to use a subreport that is stored on the jasperserver, but when I select it, there is nothing in the repository. Although the file is present on the server.

I am able to publish the subreport on the Jasperserver and explore it through the Jaspersoft studio server repository explorer, so it seems there is no issue.

Please check from your end whether the server-published file is jrxml or not, try to copy it to another folder, and then try to explore it from the Jaspersoft studio.
