I'm having trouble installing Jasper reports.

I ran TIB_js-jrs-cp_8.2.0_win_x86_64.exe.  When it completed, I got this message, and the program won't run.

It seems like there might be two different versions of the Bouncy Castle library on your Java classpath. Please refer to the below links for more details -

Thanks for your response.

I deleted all references to Jaspersoft in my classpath file, re-booting my computer, and tried the install again.  I'm still getting the same error message.  See attached.

Can you please help me with this?
