EXCEL REPORT ATTACHMENT THROUGH EMAIL

1.Generating Excel report for 1 year,with thousands of records

2.when more records are fetched,it automatically calls the email schedular,and xls report is attached as attachment.

3.i have customer name with more characters,and sometimes end with.(dot).

4.while in normal download of the report ,i dont face an issue,but in email atatched and extra row is genaerated for that .(dot)

pls guide me

Can you detail how you manage the process in scheduling the report when the query returns too much data. Is that a customisation of JasperServer?

I'm also thinking about the issue you describe in #4. Could you attach a sample to the thread so I can test it on my end?

Do you have the option of exporting to XLSX format instead?
That way you would be able to export much more data in each file (over 1 million rows).
