matthew.friendars.usda.go Posted March 16, 2023 Share Posted March 16, 2023 Hi Folks:I've installed and I cannot connect to the new Jasperreports install. The firewall on the server is turned off. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. netstat says nothing else is using port 8080.I haven't make any modifications to the install. Any ideas? Michael Bielkiewicz Posted March 16, 2023 Share Posted March 16, 2023 Depending on the install, it can be http://localhost:8080/jasperserver-pro.If that still doesn't work, I would check your catalina.out (assuming you are using Tomcat) file in the <tomcat-dir>/logs folder and the jasperserver.log file in your <tomcat-dir>/webapps/jasperserver-pro/logs folder.
