Null Images not allowed?

I just downloaded JR 3.3, and suddenly I started getting NullPointerExceptions when viewing my report. The problem seems to be that an image parameter (it may or may not be null in the database) is dying on Toolkit.createImage(). This never used to be a problem. Is there a reason null images aren't allowed any more?

Hi,

 

You are right.

 

I'll have this fixed for the next version.

I have already done some work to implement

the remaining features mentioned in the

"Quick Reference" and this issue is linked

with them.

 

In one or two weeks we'll have a major release,

with lots of improvements.
