aparnagl Posted October 15, 2019 Share Posted October 15, 2019 Hi I have installed jasperserver version 6.1.0 (cp) on my laptop. Suddenly it stopped working and cannot be restarted. I have tried to start tomcat and (bundled) postgresql separately. Tomcat starts but prostgresql does not start: postgresql could not be startedWhat can be done to resolve this issue? aparnagl Posted October 17, 2019 Author Share Posted October 17, 2019 Managed to solve this. after few trials, I had to finally change the privileges on postgresql directory...set them to 700 and restarted jasperserver.
