How to deploy a jasper report for the end user ?

I am using JasperSoft studio community edition and i want to publish my report so that the end users can access it.

Can anyone please suggest me some solution for the same ?

You could install a Jasper Server and allow access to the users.

but you need to think of Servers, access to the server (hardware, ports, server management, database connections etc)

Does community edition server gives us the priviledge to aloow access for end users ?

yes it will. User management can be done from the Jasperadmin login. 

You can configure LDAP also

If you have a helpdesk team working for your organization, you need to ask them this question.

Jasper application needs to be installed on a web server, which can be accessed by end users. Proper ports needs to be opened for user access.
