Where I can see line numbers where errors are

Hi All,

I work with JasperStudio 6.5.1.final and when I compile my report I can see error messages (screenshot 01).
However, I cannot see in which line they are.

According to the Editor preferences they should be visible as red bullets on the Vertical scroll bar (screenshot 02) but they are not.

Does anybody know how to set up the editor to show line numbers?

Or any other ideas how to figure our in which line the error occurs?

I don't think there's an option to show line numbers of where error occurred in jrxml file.

About the error, did you see the following thread that may be mentioning similar error as you're having?

Usually I will search the number "30" to locate this height of detail setting. It ain't easy sometimes, but just give a lil patience.

Thank you - this is what I am doing now. Having dozens or hundrets of occurences of "30" is pretty time consuming. Also, when cells are merged, the "30" may not be matching with other columns in another place, and this makes the search more difficult.
