Mass deploy reports to server

I am using Jaspersoftstudio 6.4.2. We have over 200 reports being built. The main problem is its pain to deploy each report to server one by one manually. Is there anyway we can push all the reports to server in one swoop instead of individual deployment?

Have you checked using import service REST API?

Thats looks time consuming. Question is will it overwrite the changes on the server or will it just create duplicate copy of reports? I was thinking feature similar to SSRS where the user can deploy reports right from the studio.

There's "update" parameter which defaults to "true" so it will overwrite.

Be warned that one of the condition on using js-import is that you'll need to stop the server.
