Upgrade PostgreSQL from 9.0 to 9.6?

If you did a war JasperReports Server installation, you can just upgrade Postgresql.

If you didn't, recommend that you export your site and do a JasperReports Server war installation and import the site back in.

 

If you look at the supported databases, it's Postgresql 9.1 or higher so 9.6 is a supported database version.
