Error 401 Unauthorized

Jaspersoft Studio 6.1:  Whenever I try to view the Dataset and Query for a report, it defaults to the wrong server, "JasperReports Server Pro" and gives me an error message 401 Unauthorized.  Then, when I try to change to the actual server I am using with that report, I get the error 401 Unauthorized message then as well, even though the correct fields display in the bottom half of the screen.   It will not let me change to the correct server no matter what.

   We have checked the user profile and it is okay.  

   The server connection using SOAP protocol works fine.  

   I am not on a VPN.  

   I have rebooted.  

   Why would it keep telling me I am unauthorized?

Select "Source" tab to view jrxml source of your report. Server connection information for a report is set in properties. There should be property "ireport.jasperserver.url" and property "ireport.jasperserver.user". Check if values in these properties are valid.

Both of those properties are correct in the Source.  Also, the Domain URI property is correct.

Try this:

1) Right-click and edit the Jasper Reports connection.

2) Expand the Advanced Settings

3) Enable "Use SOAP protocol only"

4) Perform a test connection and see if it works!

If this works, this is a known issue: SaaS Systems are configured to allow only SOAP Protocol.

1.点击展开高级设置

1) Left-click to expand the Advanced Settings;

2.勾选HTTP Chunked Requests

2) Enable "HTTP Chunked Requests";

3工作目录选择你自己的项目的 工作目录

3) Workspace Folder select your workspace directory;

 

4测试一下连接，看一下可以了吗？

4) Perform a test connection and see if it works!
