poornima.alex
I have iReports 5.6.0 in my machine (windows 8.1). I have a server which is connected to through a vpn and it has a report (with subreports). I want to get a copy of the same report(s) and run it using the same data source. I have successfully created the data source but yet I cannot run the report. It gives the error 'the document has no pages'. I have been struggling with through the whole week. Please can anyone help me out? I will be really glad.-- Updated -- 1. When I have the report defined for the local server I should have it in a tree (this is an existing example) as in the attached image 'Img1'. Am I correct?2. And when I add a new server, I'm entering the the credentials as in the image 'Img2'. Am I correct there?3. When I try in that way, I get the error as in the image 'Img3'. Why is that? Please help. hozawa
Try accessing your report in the same network segment without the vpn to make sure it works. If you get an error, it's a problem with your report.

hozawa
Seems to be a network problem. Some device is your network is probably blocking access (port filter?). Contact your network admin and ask them to allow access via remote.
