Does JasperReports support crosstab now?

Recently, I use JasperReport and iReport to make reports, and I want to know whether JasperReports can support crosstab now.

I'm also interested to generate "Crosstab reports" on a simple and dynamic way. And not with static subselects like ...

SELECT * FROM

((SELECT COUNT(ID1) FROM someTable1),

(SELECT COUNT(ID2) FROM someTable2)

(SELECT COUNT(IDn) FROM someTablen))

 

Are there any plans for a roadmap to extending JasperReports with this innovation?

Hi,

 

JasperReports now supports crosstabs.

Check our 1.1.0 release to see them working

in the provided /demo/sample/crosstabs samples.

There will be new version of iReport at the end of October 2005, but no support for crosstabs planned.
