I have, for example, following data (time series) for the output:

Currently, the chart looks like this.

I want the X-axis divided by the exact day from 2013-12-1 to 2014-2-28 and then I enter the values ​​for the 2013-12-18, 2014-1-7,...2014-2-11.

I then want to label on the x-axis the 15 with 2013-12, the 46 with 2014-01 and the 76 with 2014-02. Therefore I want to set 2013-12-1 to 0 and
2014-2-28 to 90 (31d+31d+28d). I would also like that the dots are connected before and after the gap.
