igorletso
Hi, I have a strange problem - labels in the pie chart won't go away. It doesn't matter whether "Show labels" option is cheked or not, they are always there. I am able to change all the other parts of the chart from the properties. This seems like a bug to me. Does somebody know how to fix this issue?
sanbez
Try check and uncheck this option. After that try find in your jrxml string "" (may be not "bar3DPlot"). If this options is present on jrxml, delete it "by hand". Delete yourReport.jasper and recompile yourReport.jrxml

igorletso
Hi sanbez, Thanks for you answer. I tried to check/uncheck the option and recompile many times, but it didn't help. This is from the XML: I tried to create another chart in another file but the problem remains. I have the latest version of iReport installed. Solution mdahlman Posted January 5, 2013 Solution Share Posted January 5, 2013 It could be a problem with the chart theme setting labels.Try setting the label to "null" without the quotes. That may give the results you're looking for.
brianeknight
I don't exactly follow what you mean by "setting the label to null"... where would this be done? I am having the same problem, and I have even tried to create a custom chart theme and the problem still persists. Is this a defect? If so has it been reported as such? Or is there a solution? Thanks.
mdahlman
I added a screenshot to show what I meant. First, does that clarify it? Second, does that solve the problem?
