ruthran
Hi,I am working with Crosstabs and want to know whether following requirement can be done. I have a crosstab with Date, Division and Department as Rowgroups and CODES(REG,STP etc..) as column group.I can create Daily Totals for the day by giving Total row group. But how to create sub-total at every Division level as shown below?
ajinkya_c
If you add department as a row group or column group then select it and go to properties there is option to add subtotal to top or bottom. select that and you will get another row for subtotal. So add respective measures in that row.
ruthran
Hi Ajinkya, I can see only "Total Position" in the properties. There is no subtotal option in the row group or column group. If I select Total position as start or end, It is going to print the sum for all departments instead of printing it for every single department. Could you please explain me where you are exactly referring to?
