Giulio Toffoli Posted May 26, 2010 Share Posted May 26, 2010 OutlineTopComponent.getDefault().getExplorerManager().getSelectedNodes() This will give you what is selected in the outline view (which is a superset of the what can be selected in the designer).Your textfield is an instance of JRDesignElementNode (you can check with an instanceof). In case this is what you find in the selected nodes, you can get the JRDesignTextField withJRDesignTextField textfield = (JRDesignTextField) ( (JRDesignElementNode)selectedNode).getElement()Giulio Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
