Run batch report schedule

I created a report which show the expenses of a person by week. As there are more persons we need to create a schedule per person.

All the expenses are kept in the same table as the person information with email info is in another.

Is it possibel to create a batch which runs the schedule, gets the persons name and email and expeses data.

Please help.

Use Quartz Job Scheduler that has the functinality of generating mails per person at the specified time.
