Run batch report schedule

I created a report which show the expenses of a person by week. As there are more persons we need to create a schedule per person. All the expenses are kept in the same table as the person information with email info is in another. Is it possibel to create a batch which runs the schedule, gets the persons name and email and expeses data. Please help.
