Fonts Patth in iReport 3.5.0

Good morning to you all,

 

This will be a very stupid question,

but how can I add a folder to the Fonts Path?
I don't see anything, nothing is listed at the tab

In version 3.0.0 I do see lot's of lines.
And I see that it also searches for fonts in the directory of fonts (in the install directory of iReport)

Any help would be appreciated.

add the directory to the iReport classpath first, then you'll get it in the fonts classpath too, and you'll be able to check it to be used to look for fonts there.

I am running the ireports 3.5.0 (and now the 3.5.1) as a stand alone app. I do not seem to be able to find the right place to set up the classpath for other fonts. What am I missing here?

Fonts should be stay in the classpath, so:

1. First add the fonts directory you want to use in the classpath

2. When you have done 1., you should see that dir in the Fonts paths list

The Fonts paths list is used to limit the number of paths to scan for fonts.

I had done as you suggested but it did not work ...until I exited iReports then re-started it.

In Win XP I set an environmental variable CLASSPATH to the directories that I want to have fonts searched by iReports. I had assumed that iReports 3.5.0 had a similar scheme to the classic verison of setting the claspath and font path internally - that was why I asked the question.
