Hello all,

I have a requirement.

I need to print project number over the page if the report  overflows over the next page.

eg:

Project Number 1

---------

----------

-----------

 - - - - - - - - - - - - - < PAGE BREAK>

-------------

------------

This is wat ideally happens.

The band overflows to the next  page.

But if that happens I need to show a header on the second page.

How can I track the overflowing?

Pelase help.

You could set it up in a group and put your project number in the group header. Then set the header to print on a new page. You might have to put print when logic in your group header band. It depends on your design.

If you have already created a group and placed the "project number" field in the group header then all you need to do is to go to group properties and check the option "Print header on each page" this should be set to true. So if you the details are more  than one page then the group header will be printed on each page.

Hope this helps!
