sangi Posted June 9, 2008 Share Posted June 9, 2008 Hi I created a report with prompt using iReport. Details: 1. Created input control with iReport.2. Created a parameter. both input control and parameter name is same. It was working fine with single value. When it was changed to Single-list of values. its giving the following error. java.io.NotSerializableException: net.sf.jasperreports.engine.design.JRValidationFault This error is coming off and on!!! mdahlman Posted June 10, 2008 Share Posted June 10, 2008 sangi, It sounds like the report must be OK if it worked with the first input control. So the problem is probably with the definition of the input control. Here are two troubleshooting ideas: Try dropping and recreating the input control.Try creating the input control from the JasperServer web interface rather than from iReport.
