Error while Login

I had deployed Ingres Icebreaker BI Appliance which has JasperServer 2.0. The product document list the default user "jasperadmin" and password "newPassword" to login into Jasperserver. But the Jasperserver is giving error "Invalid credentials supplied.". Any idea about the default login credential of Jasperserver 2.0 ?

Sushil,

 

In today's version of Icebreaker, the default usernames don't match up precisely with the usernames in JasperServer Professional (non-Icebreaker version). These should be synchronized in the next release of Icebreaker.

 

For now you should be able to login with these default users:

tomcat/tomcat (sample admin user)

joeuser/joeuser (sample end user)

Starting in 3.0, tomcat will be decommissioned, instead jasperadmin/jasperadmin will be used.

 

joeuser/joeuser will still be valid.
