Extra commas begin attached in CSV Export

In my report i have 3 bands

Title

[/ol]

Column Header[/ol]

Detail[/ol]

 

title has field format

 

field1,field2

field1,field2,field3,field4

field1,field2,field3,field4

field1,field2

field1,field2

 

column header and is detail

 

field1,field2field3,field4

 

 

But the final CSV export report is coming like this...

Hi,

 

The CSV exporter is a grid exporter and it tries to place everything in a grid. Empty cells are used for reproducing the alignment of the original page content.

If you don't want to see empty cells in your CSV file, than you have to make sure everything aligns perfectly in your initial JRXML template, like explained here:
